  Best Buy could not help me at all. I have a surface pro 4 and a Note 5. GEEKSQUAD WARRANTIES EXPIRE WITHOUT NOTICE, WITHOUT RENEW OPTIONS. Go through Verizon itself. Surface pro 4 - screen was cracked. They could not replace it because apparently the warranty I had been paying for was not the “right one”. My Android, a hardware issue occurred and they won’t help me out because 1 month ago my warranty expired and there is nothing they can do about it. I could not even renew it... BEFORE or now. Totally WASTE OF TIME and MONEY going through geek squad. I’ve was a loyal customer and had bought everything from them but no longer will ever do so.. terrible, non enthusiastic service.
