  Save time and money - order off the internet - you may not pay tax and you will get better customer service. This place is a front end to the internet - you order on the internet from them, they order on the internet to get you what you ordered from them... and then charge you shipping and tax. AND, thier proces are NOT competitive. The "sales staff" are more a family operation and no little if anything about what they are selling beyond what they readn on their suppliers web sites... which, yes, you can do yourself. If you must go there, do so only to se the prodict you are interested in should they happen to have it in there (dusty and a bit shabby) "showroom (more a metal warehouse/garage). I would check first though as any other trip there is a waste of time. They were nearly $190 more on some products I placed with them and i was more upset with myself for not having done my independent internet research and bought directly. Don't be fooled by the glity web page - pay attention, it is nothing more than a laundry list of supplier links - do yourself a favor, go to the suppliers directly or research other more reputable vendors that carry the line you want - i guarantee you you will get a better price and service.
