Marci is an amazing trainer and helped us so much! We have a two story house and I did not want our three cats going on the bedroom level. We purchased the invisible fence for them and Marci was our trainer the entire time. She is so knowledgeable and clearly has a way with animals. She is very compassionate and caring with the animals and showed us the best way to train the cats to stop going upstairs. Within 2 weeks all three cats were successfully trained and no longer go upstairs at all. I highly recommend the Invisible Fence company and specifically Marci as a trainer. Thank you!

I moved into my boyfriend's house with my 3 cats 8 years ago. I never had any problems with marking in my previous home however after I moved in his cat, who was used to being alone, was not happy with her new roommates. We had several incidents in our basement on stereo equipment and the carpeting. We set up motion cameras to see who was responsible and it turned out to be 3 of them. Being a veterinary technician, I tried them on several behavioral medications, all of which take several weeks to take effect. Taking too long was not an option for this problem, so I contacted Invisible Fence to help keep them out of basement. We live in a 3 story A frame house which is impossible to block off any floors so I felt Invisible Fence was my only option. They came out right away and installed the fence along my railings and stairway so discreetly that you can't even see the wires. Then came the collars and the training which went better than I could have imagined. It is now 8 years later and still going very well. I also never have to worry about when I'm bringing in groceries and the front door is left open for a few minutes, they can't run out of the house. I am so happy that I didn't have to move out since giving my cats up was not an option for me. I definitely would recommend Invisible Fence for indoor cats, it worked out very well for me and my cat family.
